Dr. Tiffany M. Gethers is a leadership development expert, business strategist and speaker. She utilizes her diverse background in leadership, business development, public relations and integrated marketing to build the leadership capacity of emerging and senior leaders in corporations, non-profit organizations, as well as high school and college students.

Dr. Tiffany’s devotion to improving access to higher education, student success, and retention rates (particularly among at-risk student populations), led her to start a not-for-profit (501c3) organization - The 2Gethers Foundation. The 2Gethers Foundation's specific purpose is to address barriers that first-generation students face so that they can successfully persist through higher education and attain a college degree.  The 2Gethers Foundation has garnered great success since its inception in January 2018. Dr. Tiffany has led the organization to serve more than 600 scholars in its first year of existence (doubling the organization's first year goals) and increased The 2Gethers Foundation's program revenue by 9 times within just 15 months of operation. 

In the last three years, Dr. Tiffany has helped numerous individuals start their non-profit organizations and obtain 501c3 tax exemption status with 100% success. In addition, she has provided resources and taught effective strategies on how small nonprofits can make a large impact with limited resources.
