Dr. Tiffany M. Gethers is a leadership development expert and nonprofit business coach & strategist. She utilizes her diverse background in leadership, business development, public relations and integrated marketing to build the leadership capacity of emerging and senior leaders and students. Through her leadership development consultancy, Soar Strategy Group, LLC., Dr. Tiffany provides leadership development workshops and trainings for corporations and colleges in nonprofit and for-profit sectors, on various essential skills such as emotional intelligence, servant leadership, resonant leadership, teamwork, communication, and more. Additionally, she is passionate about training and speaking to students in high schools and colleges on leadership matters, building resilience, and the power of persistence.

Dr. Tiffany is also the co-Founder & President of an award winning nonprofit organization: The 2Gethers Foundation. The 2Gethers Foundation is a dual state (Illinois and Texas) nonprofit (501c3) organization whose specific purpose is to address barriers that first-generation students face so that they can successfully persist through higher education and attain a college degree. Since the organization's inception in 2018, they have awarded $45,000 in scholarships to college bound and continuing scholars, and served more than 3,000 students through mentoring and leadership development, student and parent workshops, and mobile food pantries on college campuses. 

As a result of Dr. Tiffany's successes in the nonprofit industry, she helps aspiring and new female entrepreneurs to start and grow profitable nonprofit organizations through her coaching programs, digital courses, mentoring and leadership development consulting services. Dr. Tiffany specializes in teaching effective strategies on how small nonprofits can make a huge impact with limited resources. In the last three years, Dr. Tiffany has helped nearly 300 clients (women & men) to develop 501(c)(3) organizations with 100% success. She speaks on various platforms educating leaders how to effectively start and grow profitable nonprofit organizations. Additionally, she is the author of The Ultimate Fundraising & Content Planner: A Guide to Start and Grow a Profitable Nonprofit Organization. 

Dr. Tiffany has garnered several honors and recognitions for her leadership in the nonprofit sector. She received the Founder's Choice Award, from She ROCKS IT organization in 2020, was named one of the Top 25 Influential Women in Chicago (Sisters with SuperPowers) by Rolling Out Magazine, she was a recipient of the Women of Excellence Award from Endure Charities, and was honored with the Significant Community Impact Award by the Chicago Defender Charities, Inc. Last but not least, she was recognized as a Distinguished Alumni by her alma mater, Governors State University. 

Dr. Tiffany earned a Doctorate of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Governors State University, a Master's of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University, and a Bachelor's of Arts in Public Relations from Roosevelt University.
